The CTE Carbon CTE-CCP-W205AR is a direct OE Carbon Ceramic Brake (CCB) replacement disc set engineered for the Mercedes-Benz C-Class W205 platform, including the high-performance C63 AMG variant. Designed to replace factory carbon ceramic brake discs without modification, this upgrade delivers a significant improvement in braking performance, thermal stability, and service life over traditional cast iron rotors.

CTE Carbon manufactures their brake discs from T700-grade Continuous (Long) Carbon Fibre in a one-piece solid 3D matrix — a next-generation material with approximately 40% greater tensile strength than the T300-grade chopped fibre commonly used by competitors. The discs are constructed as 2-piece floating brake discs, with bells precision-machined from forged 6066-T6 aluminium and secured using a patented fastener mechanism consisting of M8 bolts forged from Stainless A4-70 grade steel — a stronger design than the M5 or M6 hardware found on competing products.
