CTE Carbon's brake discs are manufactured from T700-grade continuous (long) carbon fibre sourced from Toray Japan, woven into a one-piece solid 3D matrix. This construction method sets CTE apart from competitors who rely on cheaper T300-grade chopped (short) carbon fibre — the primary cause of cracking and premature wear in lesser carbon ceramic discs.
