The CTE Carbon CTE-CCP-981R is a direct OE Carbon Ceramic Brake (CCB) replacement disc set engineered for the Porsche 981 platform. Designed to replace the factory-fitted carbon ceramic brakes with a high-performance aftermarket alternative, this set delivers superior stopping power and thermal endurance for both street and track applications.

CTE Carbon constructs their Carbon Ceramic Matrix (CCM) discs from T700-grade continuous (long) carbon fibre — a significantly stronger material than the T300-grade chopped carbon fibre used in most OE and competing aftermarket discs. The result is a disc that is far more resistant to the cracking and premature wear commonly associated with lesser CCB designs.

Carbon ceramic brakes require the use of CCB-compatible brake pads. Standard iron-disc brake pads are not suitable. Confirm caliper compatibility prior to ordering — this disc set works effectively with large racing-style calipers, including most OE and aftermarket 6-piston calipers and select 4-piston calipers with a minimum 30mm OEM disc thickness.
