CTE Carbon CTE-CCM-40038 Carbon Ceramic Matrix Brake Disc with Custom Bell

The CTE Carbon CTE-CCM-40038 is a 2-piece floating Carbon Ceramic Matrix (CCM) brake disc supplied with a custom-machined aluminium bell. This is a universal/custom fitment disc — your required PCD (Pitch Circle Diameter) and offset must be provided at time of order so CTE can machine the bell to your exact specifications.

CTE's CCM discs are diamond-cut to exacting tolerances from T700s-grade continuous (long) carbon fibre sourced from Toray Japan — a significantly higher-grade material than the T300-grade chopped carbon fibre used by most competitors, including many OEM applications. The fully three-dimensional CFRC matrix construction means there is no separate outer friction layer, resulting in a disc that is highly resistant to oxidation at elevated temperatures and can be resurfaced multiple times over its service life.

Caliper Compatibility Note: Carbon Ceramic brake discs are engineered to work with large racing-style calipers. Compatibility typically includes all OEM and aftermarket 6-piston calipers, and select 4-piston calipers with a minimum OEM disc thickness of 30mm. Carbon Ceramic (CCB-compatible) brake pads are required — standard iron-disc pads are not suitable.
