CTE Carbon CTE-CCM-40034 Carbon Ceramic Matrix Brake Disc with Custom Bell

The CTE Carbon CTE-CCM-40034 is a next-generation Carbon Ceramic Matrix (CCM) floating brake disc supplied complete with a custom-machined aluminium bell. This is a made-to-order unit — your PCD (Pitch Circle Diameter) and offset must be provided at the time of ordering so CTE can machine the bell to your exact hub specifications.

CTE's CCM discs are diamond-cut from T700-grade continuous (long) carbon fibre — the same aerospace-grade material used in high-precision military and commercial aerospace applications. Unlike the T300-grade chopped (short) carbon fibre used in most OEM and competitor carbon ceramic discs, CTE's continuous-fibre three-dimensional matrix construction delivers a significantly stronger, more durable disc that is far more resistant to surface cracking, delamination, and oxidation at extreme temperatures.

• ECE R90 E11 certified brake pads available (street or race specification)

Important Ordering Note: This listing is for a disc with custom bell. You must supply your required PCD and hub offset with your order so the bell can be custom-machined to fit your specific application. Lead time is typically 1–2 weeks for bell fabrication.

Pad Compatibility: Carbon Ceramic Matrix brake discs must be used exclusively with CCB-compatible (carbon ceramic) brake pads. Use with standard metallic or semi-metallic pads is not suitable. CTE offers both street and race pad options.
