CTE Carbon CTE-CCM-40032 Carbon Ceramic Matrix Brake Disc 400x32mm with Custom Bell

The CTE Carbon CTE-CCM-40032 is a 400mm x 32mm Carbon Ceramic Matrix (CCM) floating brake disc supplied with a custom-machined aluminium bell. Because the bell is made to order, the buyer must provide their required PCD (Pitch Circle Diameter) and offset at the time of purchase so CTE can machine the bell to the correct specification.

CTE's CCM discs are diamond-cut to exacting tolerances from T700-grade Continuous (Long) Carbon Fibre sourced from Toray Japan — an aerospace-grade material with approximately 40% greater tensile strength than the T300-grade fibre used by most competitors. Unlike CCB-type discs, the CCM construction uses a fully three-dimensional Carbon Fibre Reinforced Ceramic (CFRC) matrix with no additional outer friction layer, making these discs significantly more resistant to oxidation and high-temperature degradation.
