CTE Carbon CTE-CCM-39030 390mm x 30mm Carbon Ceramic Matrix Brake Disc with Custom Bell

The CTE Carbon CTE-CCM-39030 is a 390mm x 30mm Carbon Ceramic Matrix (CCM) brake disc supplied as a 2-piece floating unit with a custom-made aluminium bell. This is a made-to-order product — your PCD (Pitch Circle Diameter) and offset must be provided at time of order so that CTE can machine a bell specific to your application.

The disc ring is diamond-cut to exacting tolerances from T700-grade continuous (long) carbon fibre imported from Toray, Japan — a material grade used primarily in the high-precision aerospace sector, with a tensile strength approximately 40% greater than the T300-grade carbon fibre used by most competitors. Unlike short-fibre (chopped) CCB-style discs, the CCM construction uses a fully three-dimensional woven carbon fibre matrix with no additional outer friction layer, resulting in superior resistance to oxidation, cracking, and surface damage.

Important Ordering Note: This disc includes a custom-fabricated bell. You must supply your PCD and offset specifications at the time of purchase. The disc ring itself is universal; only the bell is application-specific and is made to order.

ECE R90 E11 certified brake pads are available separately. A 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship is included from the date of professional installation.
