CTE Carbon CTE-CCM-38034D80 380x34mm Carbon Ceramic Matrix Brake Disc with Custom Bell

The CTE Carbon CTE-CCM-38034D80 is a 380mm x 34mm Carbon Ceramic Matrix (CCM) brake disc supplied complete with a custom-machined bell. Because the bell is manufactured to your specific vehicle's bolt pattern and offset, your PCD (Pitch Circle Diameter) and offset dimensions must be provided at the time of ordering.

This disc features CTE's proprietary D80 configuration, which provides an additional 10mm of usable friction surface area over the equivalent standard-size fitment — allowing compatibility with a wider range of OEM carbon ceramic brake pads, including those designed for factory-fitted PCCB-type systems.

The CCM disc ring is constructed from a fully three-dimensional woven matrix of T700-grade continuous (long) carbon fibre sourced from Toray Japan and processed via CTE's in-house Chemical Vapour Infiltration (CVI) and Reactive Melt Infiltration (RMI) siliconization methods. This transforms the Carbon/Carbon preform into a Carbon/Silicon Carbide (C/SiC) composite — the same aerospace-derived technology used in CTE's OE supply contracts with major European brake manufacturers.

This is a custom-order product. The disc ring is a universal fitment in the 380x34 D80 size; the bell is vehicle-specific and manufactured to order. You must supply your exact PCD and offset when placing your order. Lead time for custom bell production is typically 1–2 weeks.
