CTE Carbon CTE-CCM-38034D70 Carbon Ceramic Matrix Brake Disc 380mm x 34mm with Custom Bell

The CTE Carbon CTE-CCM-38034D70 is a 380mm x 34mm Carbon Ceramic Matrix (CCM) brake disc supplied as a two-piece floating assembly with a custom-machined bell. Because the disc ring itself is universal, a custom bell is fabricated to order — your required PCD (Pitch Circle Diameter) and offset must be provided at the time of ordering so CTE can machine the bell to your exact specification.

CTE's CCM discs are manufactured as a fully three-dimensional woven matrix of Carbon Fibre Reinforced Ceramic (CFRC), transforming Carbon/Carbon material into Carbon/Silicon Carbide (C/SiC) via a proprietary Reactive Melt Infiltration (RMI) process. Unlike competing products that rely on a sacrificial outer ceramic friction layer, the CCM construction integrates the friction surface throughout the entire disc body, dramatically reducing susceptibility to surface cracking and oxidation at extreme temperatures.

This is a made-to-order product. When placing your order, you must supply your vehicle's required PCD and hub offset so CTE can produce the correct custom bell. The disc ring is held in ready stock; bell production typically adds a 1–2 week lead time. Must be used with CCB/CCM-compatible (carbon ceramic) brake pads only.
