The CTE Carbon CTE-CCM-38032 is a 380mm x 32mm Carbon Ceramic Matrix (CCM) brake disc supplied with a custom-machined bell, engineered for high-performance street and motorsport applications. This configuration requires your vehicle's PCD (Pitch Circle Diameter) and offset to be specified at the time of ordering so that the bell can be precision-manufactured to your exact fitment.

• T700-Grade Continuous (Long) Carbon Fibre construction — approximately 40% stronger than the T300-grade material used by most competitors, with a significantly lower oxidation rate for extended service life
• 380mm diameter / 32mm thickness two-piece floating disc design for optimal heat dissipation and consistent braking feel
• Custom bell machined from forged 6066-T6 aluminium — a higher-grade alloy than the 6061-T6 commonly used in the industry — manufactured to your specified PCD and offset
• Patented M8 stainless A4-70 grade steel fastener system — larger and stronger than the M5/M6 hardware used by competing manufacturers
• Non-surface-coated disc for genuine carbon-to-carbon contact between disc and pad, maximising braking performance
• Compatible with OE calipers, CTE Racing calipers, and select aftermarket calipers (recommended minimum: 4-pot calipers with 30mm OEM disc thickness, or 6-pot calipers)
• Disc can be resurfaced approximately 3–4 times over its lifespan, restoring it to as-new condition each time
• Designed and validated using Solidworks 3D CAD and Cosmos FEA software, with advanced heat profiling and dynamometer testing
