CTE Carbon CTE-CCM-35032 Carbon Ceramic Matrix Brake Disc with Custom Bell

The CTE Carbon CTE-CCM-35032 is a next-generation Carbon Ceramic Matrix (CCM) brake disc supplied as a complete 2-piece floating assembly with a custom-machined aluminium bell. Because the bell is built to order, customers must provide their required PCD (Pitch Circle Diameter) and offset at the time of purchase so that CTE can manufacture it to the exact fitment specification.

The disc itself is diamond-cut from T700-grade continuous (long) carbon fibre sourced from Toray Japan — a material grade approximately 40% stronger in tensile strength than the T300-grade fibre used by most competing manufacturers. Unlike CCB designs, the CCM construction uses a fully three-dimensional solid carbon-fibre-reinforced carbon (CFRC) matrix with no separate outer friction layer, delivering genuine carbon-to-carbon pad contact and outstanding resistance to oxidation at extreme temperatures.
