The CTE Carbon CTE-CCK-W205AF is a premium Carbon Ceramic Matrix (CCM) brake disc set engineered as a direct OE CCB (Carbon Ceramic Brake) replacement. Manufactured from T700s-grade continuous (long) carbon fibre sourced from Toray Japan and diamond-cut to exacting tolerances, these discs deliver a significant upgrade in braking performance over standard iron or factory carbon ceramic setups across the full operational temperature range.

Construction & Materials:

• T700s-grade continuous (long) carbon fibre — offering approximately 40% greater tensile strength than the T300-grade chopped fibre used by most competitors
• Two-piece floating disc design with bells machined from forged 6066-T6 aluminium (stronger than the commonly used 6061-T6 alloy)
• Patented fastener mechanism using oversized M8 bolts forged from Stainless A4-70 grade steel
• Diamond-cut friction surface for precise tolerances
