CTE Carbon CTE-CCK-TM3F Carbon Ceramic Matrix Brake Disc Kit Tesla Model 3 2019+ Front

The CTE Carbon CTE-CCK-TM3F is a Carbon Ceramic Matrix (CCM) front brake disc kit engineered for the Tesla Model 3 (2019+). Designed for performance and track applications, these 2-piece floating carbon ceramic discs deliver a dramatic upgrade over standard iron rotors in braking performance, durability, and thermal resistance. Note: A 6-Pot caliper is required for use with this kit.

Construction & Materials:

• Diamond-cut from T700s-grade Continuous (Long) Carbon Fibre imported from Toray Japan — approximately 40% greater tensile strength than the T300-grade used by competing brands
• 2-piece floating disc design for improved heat management and braking consistency
• Bells machined from Forged 6066-T6 Aluminium for superior strength over commonly used 6061-T6
• Patented fastener mechanism using oversized M8 bolts forged from Stainless A4-70 grade steel
• Non-surface-coated discs for genuine carbon-to-carbon disc and pad contact

Engineering & Testing:

• Designed using Solidworks 3D CAD & Cosmos FEA software
• Validated on CTE's in-house Horiba Brake Dynamometer under all operating conditions
• Developed in partnership with Ferrari S.p.A and professional race teams
• CTE is the only brake manufacturer actively pursuing TUV certification for carbon ceramic brake discs

Compatibility & Requirements:

• Requires a 6-Pot caliper — compatible with OEM/Aftermarket 6-Pot calipers and select 4-Pot calipers (minimum 30mm OEM disc thickness)
• Must be used exclusively with CCB-friendly (Carbon Ceramic-compatible) brake pads
• ECE R90 E11 Certified brake pads available separately — Street or Race compounds
