The CTE Carbon CTE-CCK-LP580R is a rear carbon ceramic brake disc kit engineered as a direct OE replacement for the Lamborghini Huracán LP580-2 originally equipped with factory carbon ceramic brakes. CTE's carbon ceramic discs are diamond-cut to exacting tolerances from T700s-grade continuous (long) carbon fibre imported from Toray, Japan. This premium fibre grade offers approximately 40% greater tensile strength than the T300-grade fibre used by many competing manufacturers, and unlike inferior chopped short-fibre constructions, it eliminates the risk of disc cracking that has given carbon ceramic brakes a poor reputation in the aftermarket.
