The CTE Carbon CTE-CCK-E9XF is a Carbon Ceramic Matrix (CCM) brake kit engineered for the front axle of BMW E9X chassis vehicles. This is a high-performance carbon ceramic brake disc kit designed for track and race use, requiring a compatible 6-pot caliper for proper function.

CTE Carbon manufactures these discs using T700-grade continuous (long) carbon fibre — diamond-cut to exacting tolerances — rather than the inferior T300-grade chopped fibre used by most competitors. The discs are composed of a proprietary silicon carbide (SiC), silicon (Si), and graphite composite reinforced by a 3D multi-directional carbon fibre matrix, produced through Chemical Vapour Infiltration (CVI) and Reactive Melt Infiltration (RMI) siliconization processes.

Important: This kit requires a compatible 6-pot caliper. Carbon ceramic brake discs will only function effectively with large-bore racing calipers that provide sufficient friction surface area for CCB-friendly brake pads.
