CTE Carbon CTE-CCK-DB9F Carbon Ceramic Matrix Front Brake Disc Kit

The CTE Carbon CTE-CCK-DB9F is a Carbon Ceramic Matrix (CCM) front brake disc kit engineered as an OE-replacement upgrade for the Aston Martin DB9. Manufactured from T700s-grade Continuous (Long) Carbon Fibre imported from Toray Japan, these discs are diamond-cut to exacting tolerances in a 1-piece solid 3D matrix — delivering significantly higher tensile strength than the T300-grade fibres used by competing manufacturers.

Key Features:

• 2-piece floating brake disc design for superior heat management and consistent pedal feel
• Disc bells machined from Forged 6066-T6 Aluminium — stronger and lighter than the 6061-T6 alloy commonly used by competitors
• Patented M8 fastener technology using Stainless A4-70 grade steel bolts — larger and stronger than the M5/M6 hardware used by competitors
• Non surface-coated discs providing genuine Carbon-to-Carbon disc/pad contact for maximum braking performance
• Can be resurfaced approximately 3–4 times over the lifespan of the disc, effectively restoring it to as-new condition
• Compatible with OE calipers, CTE Racing calipers, and select aftermarket calipers
• Validated on CTE's in-house Horiba Brake Dynamometer under all operating conditions

Important: Carbon Ceramic brakes must be used exclusively with CCB-compatible (Carbon Ceramic) brake pads. These discs are designed for use with large racing calipers, including OEM/aftermarket 6-pot calipers and select 4-pot calipers with a minimum 30mm OEM disc thickness. Verify pad and caliper compatibility before ordering.
