The CTE Carbon CTE-CCK-987R is a rear Carbon Ceramic Matrix (CCM) brake disc engineered as a direct OE-replacement upgrade for the Porsche 987 Boxster and Cayman (2005–2013). Manufactured using T700-grade continuous (long) carbon fibre — a tensile strength approximately 40% greater than the T300-grade chopped fibre used by most competitors — these discs deliver dramatically superior braking performance across the full temperature range compared to standard iron rotors.
