CTE Carbon CTE-CCK-971F Carbon Ceramic Matrix OE Replacement Front Brake Disc Kit

The CTE Carbon CTE-CCK-971F is an OE replacement Carbon Ceramic Matrix (CCM) front brake disc kit engineered to deliver factory-level fitment with a significant upgrade in braking performance over standard iron discs. Manufactured using CTE's proprietary Carbon/Silicon Carbide (C/SiC) process, these discs are diamond-cut from T700s-grade continuous (long) carbon fibre imported from Toray, Japan — a material with approximately 40% greater tensile strength than the T300-grade fibre commonly used by competitors.

Key Features:

• Manufactured from T700s-grade continuous (long) carbon fibre via Chemical Vapour Infiltration (CVI) and Siliconization process
• Non surface-coated discs providing genuine carbon-to-carbon disc/pad contact
• 2-piece floating disc design with bell machined from forged 6066-T6 aluminium
• Patented M8 stainless A4-70 grade steel fastener mechanism for superior retention
• Compatible with OE calipers, CTE Racing calipers, and select aftermarket calipers
• Can be resurfaced approximately 3–4 times over the lifespan of the disc
• Approximately 40–50% lighter than the equivalent iron disc, reducing rotating unsprung mass
• Designed using Solidworks 3D CAD and Cosmos FEA software
• Validated on in-house Link and Horiba brake dynamometers
• ECE R90 E11 certified brake pads available separately (Street or Race compound)

Carbon ceramic brakes resist warping and deformation at extreme track temperatures, significantly reducing brake fade compared to iron alternatives. The CTE-CCK-971F is designed as a direct OE replacement, making it suitable for both high-performance street driving and track day use.
