The CTE Carbon CTE-CCD-40034 is a Carbon Ceramic Matrix (CCM) brake disc sold without bell, supplied with CTE's patented M8 fastener hardware set and a technical diagram. This configuration is ideal for customers who are retaining or sourcing their own custom bell, allowing them to pair the CTE disc ring with a bell machined for their specific hub application.

CTE Carbon Composites discs are diamond-cut to exacting tolerances from T700s-grade Continuous (Long) Carbon Fibre imported from Toray, Japan — a premium material grade with approximately 40% greater tensile strength than the T300-grade fibre used by competing manufacturers. Unlike surface-coated discs, CTE CCM discs offer genuine carbon-to-carbon contact with no outer ceramic friction layer, delivering consistent braking performance across the full temperature range.
