The CTE Carbon CTE-CCD-35034 is a high-performance Carbon Ceramic Matrix (CCM) brake disc sold in disc-only configuration — without bell — and includes CTE's patented M8 fastener hardware set and a technical installation diagram. This listing is intended for customers who are sourcing or retaining their own hat/bell, or having a custom bell fabricated separately.

CTE Carbon's discs are diamond-cut to exacting tolerances from T700-grade continuous (long) carbon fibre, manufactured using a proprietary Chemical Vapour Infiltration (CVI) and Reactive Melt Infiltration (RMI) process to produce a high-density C/SiC (Carbon/Silicon Carbide) composite material. The non-surface-coated design delivers genuine carbon-to-carbon disc and pad contact for maximum friction performance.

Caliper Compatibility Note: Carbon ceramic brake discs require large racing calipers with sufficient friction surface area. This typically includes all OEM/aftermarket 6-piston calipers and select OEM/aftermarket 4-piston calipers (minimum 30mm OEM disc thickness). CCB-friendly (carbon ceramic compatible) brake pads are required — standard iron brake pads are not compatible.
