The CTE Carbon CTE-CCD-35032 is a 350mm x 32mm Carbon Ceramic Matrix (CCM) brake disc sold without the mounting bell/hat — ideal for buyers who are retaining their existing bell or sourcing a custom-spec bell separately. Only the disc rotor and mounting fasteners are included.

CTE Carbon's carbon ceramic discs are engineered from T700s-grade Continuous (Long) Carbon Fibre imported from Toray Japan, diamond cut to exacting tolerances. This fiber grade offers approximately 40% greater tensile strength than the T300-grade fiber used by most competitors, and unlike many budget alternatives, CTE does not use chopped (short) carbon fibre — a key factor in preventing the disc cracking failures that have given aftermarket CCM brakes a poor reputation.

The disc matrix is composed of Silicon Carbide (SiC), Silicon (Si), and graphite reinforced by carbon fibre, converting Carbon/Carbon into Carbon/Silicon Carbide (C/SiC) ceramic in-house using CTE's proprietary processes. The result is a non-surface-coated disc that delivers genuine Carbon-to-Carbon contact with compatible brake pads.
