ACDelco 45D10870 Front Suspension Control Arm and Ball Joint Assembly

The ACDelco 45D10870 is a Professional-grade front suspension control arm and ball joint assembly designed as a high-quality alternative to Original Equipment (OE) parts. Engineered to meet OE specifications for fit, form, and function, this assembly delivers reliable performance and durability for a wide range of GM vehicles and compatible applications.

Key Features:

• Integrated ball joint design — control arm and ball joint supplied as a complete, ready-to-install assembly
• CNC-machined housing for dimensional consistency and precision fitment
• Greaseable design where applicable — allows fresh lubricant to flush out contaminants, reducing corrosion and extending service life
• EPDM rubber components where used, providing superior resistance to heat, corrosion, and deterioration
• Impact, wear, and fatigue tested to meet ACDelco quality and durability standards
• Backed by General Motors — manufactured under ACDelco Gold (Professional) quality standards

The control arm connects the steering knuckle to the vehicle frame and allows the suspension to move, keeping wheel motion synchronized with the vehicle body. The integrated ball joint enables pivoting motion between the wheel and suspension system. This assembly is a direct replacement that restores proper suspension geometry and steering response.
