Wells 6P1027 Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) Valve

The Wells 6P1027 is a direct-fit replacement Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) Valve engineered to restore proper crankcase pressure regulation in your vehicle. As a critical emissions control component, the PCV valve routes harmful blowby gases from the engine crankcase back into the intake manifold to be re-burned in the combustion chamber, reducing emissions and protecting engine oil from contamination.

Key Features:

• Designed to meet or exceed OE specifications for fit, form, and function
• Precision-calibrated one-way valve ensures correct airflow and crankcase pressure control
• Helps prevent oil sludge buildup and premature engine wear
• Supports clean emissions by returning crankcase gases to the combustion process
• Direct OE replacement for fast, straightforward installation
• Built and tested by Wells Vehicle Electronics, a trusted name in automotive emission and engine management components

A worn or failed PCV valve can cause symptoms such as rough idle, increased oil consumption, fouled air filters, blown gaskets or oil seals, and even oil-contaminated air in the intake system. Replacing the PCV valve at the manufacturer-recommended service interval — typically every 30,000 miles — helps maintain engine efficiency and longevity. The Wells 6P1027 delivers a reliable, long-lasting solution backed by Wells' commitment to quality aftermarket parts.
