The MEI 4579EZ is an Aeroquip E-Z Clip straight splicer A/C fitting designed for use in heavy-duty mobile air conditioning systems. This steel fitting features a #8 hose end on both sides and is equipped with a 16mm R134a high-side service port, making it ideal for splicing refrigerant hose runs in truck, bus, and off-road equipment A/C systems.

Important: E-Z Clip fittings are compatible exclusively with Aeroquip GH134 Series refrigerant hose. Installation requires the use of E-Z Clip pliers (MEI 8760EZ or equivalent). This fitting is a direct-replacement component for heavy-duty HVAC applications including Class 6, 7, and 8 trucks, as well as forestry, mining, and agricultural equipment.

Ordered a battery. Price was good, paid for upgraded shipping, which was a waste. Battery arrived ok, but packaging was not dense and secure, especially given that this was a very heavy item.
