ESAB Victor 0781-1206 DFM150S Medium Duty Dual Flow Meter Regulator Argon CO2

The ESAB Victor DFM150S (Part# 0781-1206) is a medium-duty dual flow meter regulator engineered for welding and industrial applications requiring simultaneous control of two separate shielding gas processes or flows. It is particularly well-suited for operations where both shielding gas and back purge requirements must be managed from a single cylinder.

Key Features:

• Dual flow capability: Independently monitors and controls two separate gas processes or flow lines simultaneously
• Gas compatibility: Designed for CO2, Argon, Argon/CO2 mixed gases, and Helium from a single cylinder
• Delivery range: 5–50 CFH (Argon), 5–40 CFH (Argon/CO2), 20–150 CFH (Helium)
• Maximum inlet pressure: 3,000 PSIG
• CGA inlet connection: 5/8"-18 RH Female (CGA-580)
• Outlet connection: 1/4" NPT Male
• Body construction: Machined solid brass for durability and long service life
• Seat mechanism: Teflon for reliable sealing performance
• Piston: Brass
• Inlet filter: Bronze sintered for contamination protection
• Spring: Music wire
• Flow tube cover: Lexan (high-impact polycarbonate) for protection against breakage in shop environments
• Minimum preset pressure: 25 PSIG

Compatible with both high-pressure cylinders and low-pressure piped shop gas environments, the DFM150S is ideal for MIG and TIG welding applications in maintenance and fabrication shops. The two independently calibrated and controlled flow tubes make it easy to dial in precise cubic feet per hour (CFH) settings for each line, eliminating the need for separate Y-splitters or additional regulators.
