Install Bay RVRT8516 Red Vinyl Ring Terminal 8 Gauge 5/16 Inch 25-Pack

The Install Bay RVRT8516 is a red vinyl-insulated ring terminal designed for use with 8 AWG (gauge) wire and a 5/16 inch stud size. Sold in a convenient package of 25, these crimp-style connectors are a staple for automotive, marine, and 12-volt electrical installations.

Ring terminals provide a secure, vibration-resistant connection by fastening directly to a bolt or screw terminal. The red vinyl insulation sleeve protects the crimp barrel, indicates the correct wire gauge range, and guards against moisture and abrasion — making these terminals well-suited for under-dash wiring, amplifier power connections, grounding applications, and more.

Key Features:

• Wire gauge: 8 AWG
• Stud hole size: 5/16 inch
• Red vinyl insulation sleeve for protection and easy gauge identification
• Crimp-style barrel for fast, reliable terminations
• Copper barrel construction for excellent conductivity
• 25 terminals included per package

Install Bay is a trusted brand in the 12-volt installation industry, offering a full range of connectors and wiring accessories. The RVRT8516 is also cross-referenced as a Metra Electronics ring terminal, making it a widely available and compatible connector for professional and DIY installers alike.
