Install Bay INSTGL8 Insta-Cure Gap Filling Cyanoacrylate Adhesive Glue 8 oz

The Install Bay INSTGL8 Insta-Cure Gap Filling Glue is a higher-viscosity cyanoacrylate (CA) adhesive formulated specifically for loose-fitting joints where the adhesive must bridge gaps. Ideal for professional installers and custom fabricators working with a wide range of materials, this 8-ounce bottle delivers a fast, reliable bond in demanding applications.

Key Features:

• Gap-bridging formula: Higher viscosity CA designed for loose-fitting joints that require the adhesive to fill and bridge gaps between surfaces
• Fast cure time: Parts are held together for approximately 5–15 seconds after application for an initial bond
• Full cure in 3 hours: Reaches full bond strength within three hours of application
• Wide temperature range: Cured adhesive remains stable from -40°F to 220°F, suitable for automotive and powersports environments
• Large 8 oz. bottle: 8 fluid ounces (225g) — ideal for professional, high-volume use
• Extended shelf life: Refrigerate to maximize shelf life and preserve adhesive performance
• Easy tip maintenance: Soak tip in acetone for quick and easy cleaning

Application Instructions: Apply the CA adhesive in serpentine beads across one surface for larger bonding areas, spacing the beads to allow for spreading. Press parts firmly together and hold for 5–15 seconds. For best results, allow 3 hours for full strength to develop.
