Install Bay IBFG4 Firewall Grommet 4 AWG IP68 Waterproof Cable Grommet

The Install Bay IBFG4 is a waterproof firewall grommet designed for routing 4 AWG power cable cleanly and safely through a vehicle firewall. Featuring an IP68 waterproof rating, this grommet creates a fully sealed passage that protects cables from moisture, heat, and sharp metal edges. The threaded, two-piece locking design clamps firmly around the cable as the cap is tightened, forming a water-tight seal around both the cable and the firewall opening.

Designed for a 7/8-inch (PG13.5) mounting hole, this grommet is the go-to solution for custom car audio amplifier installs, auxiliary battery runs, and any application requiring a clean, protected 4 AWG wire pass-through. It is a significant upgrade over traditional rubber grommets, offering a secure mechanical lock that keeps the wire in place and the elements out.
