Product Details

The Caliso 22166 is a direct-fit thermal engine cooling fan clutch designed to restore proper engine temperature regulation. This replacement fan clutch engages and disengages the radiator cooling fan based on engine operating temperature, helping prevent overheating during low-speed or idling conditions while reducing unnecessary drag at highway speeds.

Key Features:

  • Direct Fit: Engineered as a drop-in replacement, designed to meet or exceed OEM specifications
  • Thermal Operation: Responds automatically to engine temperature — engaging the fan when cooling is needed and freeing it when it is not
  • Counter-Clockwise Rotation: Matches original equipment rotation direction for proper fitment
  • Fan Mounting Hardware Included: Comes complete with all necessary mounting hardware for a straightforward installation
  • New Construction: Contains no remanufactured components
  • All-New Unit: Sold individually as a single replacement fan clutch assembly

OEM Cross-Reference Part Numbers: Ford 6L5Z-8A616-BA, F1TZ-8A616-G, F1TZ-8A616-K, F57Z-8A616-A, F57Z-8A616-RA, F77Z-8A616-LB, F87Z-8A616-FA; Mazda ZZL4-15-150, ZZM2-15-150A, ZZM8-15-150, ZZP2-15-150.

Replacing a worn or failed fan clutch is essential to maintaining safe engine temperatures and preventing costly overheating damage. The Caliso 22166 thermal fan clutch delivers reliable, temperature-sensitive cooling performance as a quality aftermarket replacement.

The product quality is good, and delivery is fast.

Straight forward, price was good, shipping was fast.

Price was spot on and shipping was very fast! Highly recommend THMotorsports and will be checking to shop with them again!

Great price and delivery time on live well timer order. Other order of boat trailer guidepost kept getting cancelled so placed call to boatplicity to find out they do not sell that part. An email to me explaining why order was cancelled would have been nice. Otherwise all good.

I ordered tires for my boat trailer. They arrived three days later and were the correct tire and size. They were also the cheapest price I could on-line. I was extremely pleased with my first purchase on boatplicity.com. Thanks!

Shipping was fast and received tires in a couple of days. Great prices also.

Thanks!
