Caliso 22049 Standard Thermal Fan Clutch 7.25in Aluminum CNC Machined

The Caliso 22049 is a 7.25-inch standard thermal fan clutch engineered to restore proper engine cooling performance. Featuring an all-aluminum body and CNC-machined construction, this bolt-on replacement meets or exceeds original equipment specifications for a reliable, direct-fit installation.

A thermal fan clutch uses a bi-metal thermostatic coil to sense underhood temperature and engage the cooling fan only when needed. At lower speeds or higher temperatures, the clutch locks in the fan to maximize airflow to the radiator. At highway speeds, when ram air provides sufficient cooling, the clutch releases the fan to reduce parasitic engine load and improve efficiency.

Key Features:

• 7.25-inch diameter standard thermal design with clockwise (standard) rotation
• All-aluminum body for lightweight construction and efficient heat dissipation
• CNC machined to exact OE specifications for precise fit and function
• Heavy-duty bearing packed with high-temperature moly grease for long service life
• Meets or exceeds OEM specifications for dependable replacement performance
• Bolt-on installation — no special tools required
