Product Details

The Armstrong Blu-Trac HP 215/40R17 87W XL is an ultra-high-performance all-season tire engineered for sports cars, performance coupes, and performance sedans. Featuring an asymmetric tread design and advanced compound, the Blu-Trac HP delivers confident handling, strong braking, and reliable traction across dry, wet, and light wintry road conditions. This tire is rated Extra Load (XL) for enhanced load capacity and is backed by a 45,000-mile limited tread life warranty.

Key Features:

  • Asymmetric Tread Pattern — Optimizes performance across varied road surfaces while enabling free rotation for even treadwear
  • Four Wide Circumferential Grooves — Rapidly evacuates water from the contact patch to improve wet-weather traction and resist hydroplaning
  • Angled Lateral Grooves — Work in tandem with circumferential channels to boost traction in both wet and dry conditions
  • Varied Sipe Design — Multiple sipe angles and directions on the inner ribs create extra biting edges for enhanced braking and grip
  • Solid Center Rib — Improves straight-line stability, steering responsiveness, and high-speed road manners
  • Sub-Straight Shoulder Grooves — Increase cornering precision and overall vehicle stability during aggressive driving
  • Silent Groove Wall Technology — Cancels unwanted sound frequencies to minimize road noise for a quieter, more comfortable ride
  • Extra Load (XL) Construction — Supports higher load capacities compared to standard load tires of the same size
  • Black Sidewall (BSW) — Clean, understated look suited for a wide range of performance vehicles

Haven't found the time to work on my SL.

Shipped quickly. Easy to order

Fast shipment and item as described.

Easy & fast shipping

Fast free shipping!

Quick and easy. I can't tell if the tire is New or how much gas life is on it of the tire is used. Pictures make it look like the tire does not have much, if any, wear.

I've had a really good experience dealing with Boat Plecity The product they sent me is exactly what I ordered. I have installed it and it works perfectly. Thank you again.

The website was very easy to use and had the prop I was looking for.

I was charged $9.99 for shipping even though the ad stated free shipping...i was refunded $9.99 BUT i still paid tax on that $9.99 that i was not refunded. Other than that everything was all good...the megan racing muffler looks and sounds great!!! I wanted a muffler that wasnt obnoxiously loud but louder than stock and thats exactly what i got....AND the construction of the muffler is definitely good quality!!
