Product Details

The Keystone FO1225291 is an OEM-replacement radiator support assembly designed for the 2022–2025 Ford Maverick on non-Tremor, non-off-road-package trims. Constructed from durable plastic, this assembly restores the structural integrity of the front end following collision damage.

The radiator support — also referred to as the core support — is a critical front-end structural component. It serves as the primary mounting point for the radiator, A/C condenser, cooling fans, hood latch, and active grille shutters, while also ensuring correct alignment of the hood and front fenders.

Key Features:

  • Direct OEM-style replacement for a precise, factory-fit installation
  • Plastic construction matches original factory materials and weight
  • Restores proper mounting points for radiator, condenser, cooling fans, and hood latch
  • Ensures correct front-end panel alignment including hood and fenders
  • Designed specifically for models without the Tremor Off-Road Package — not interchangeable with Tremor-equipped vehicles
  • Sold as a complete assembly

OEM / Cross-Reference Part Numbers: NZ6Z-8B455-B (Ford OEM), FO1225291 (CAPA/Partslink)

Professional installation is strongly recommended, as replacement involves disassembly of the full front end including bumper, grille, headlights, radiator, and A/C condenser, and may require A/C system service.

Easy to look up and order

I received my order of Shurflo replacement o-rings very quickly - sooner than expected. Unfortunately, I really only needed 1 or 2 o-rings, but they are only offered in a pack of 10. I'll never use 10 o-rings, so it was wasteful spending. I shopped other companies, and could not find packs of 1 or 2, and Boatplicity was the least expensive for what is available on-line.

Fast, easy, good quality

'Ordered lug nuts for my new wheels-shipping was fast and the price was good. Everything arrived as expected and worked well. Smooth overall experience.'

Returning customer from almost 17 years ago! I built a b16a and I bought all of the internals from you guys. Couldn't find my old account

Shipping was fast and efficient! Very happy that the fuel pump I ordered was available and arrived in perfect condition. This was a quality fuel pump that was difficult to find and was very pleased with the procurement of my order. I will use THMotorsports again! Thank you.
