Rein CHE0980 Expansion Tank Hose Coolant Overflow Reservoir Hose

The Rein CHE0980 is a replacement expansion tank hose engineered to restore proper coolant overflow and pressurization in your vehicle's cooling system. This hose connects the radiator or engine coolant passages to the expansion tank (also known as the coolant overflow reservoir or surge tank), allowing the system to manage thermal expansion of coolant as engine temperatures rise and fall.

Rein Automotive is a trusted OEM-quality supplier of rubber and plastic cooling system components, and this hose is manufactured to match original equipment specifications for a direct, no-modification fit.

Key Features:

• Direct OEM replacement for the expansion tank hose
• Manufactured to original equipment specifications for a precise fit
• Constructed from heat- and pressure-resistant rubber or EPDM material
• Resists coolant degradation, cracking, and swelling over time
• Restores proper coolant expansion and overflow management
• No trimming or modification required for installation

A deteriorating or cracked expansion tank hose can cause coolant loss, overheating, and visible leaks under the hood. Replacing it with the Rein CHE0980 ensures a reliable, leak-free seal and helps maintain optimal engine operating temperature.
