The 3M E-A-R Push-Ins Probed Test Earplugs (393-2002-50) are a specially modified version of the trusted 3M E-A-R Push-Ins foam earplugs, designed exclusively for use with the 3M E-A-Rfit™ Dual-Ear Validation System. Each earplug is fitted with an integrated probe tube that connects to the E-A-Rfit™ system leads, enabling accurate, objective earplug fit testing in an industrial or occupational setting.

During a fit test, the worker inserts the probed earplugs as they normally would. A technician then connects the probe tubes to the E-A-Rfit™ leads and initiates the test. Objective fit data and a Personal Attenuation Rating (PAR) are delivered within approximately 8 seconds, giving safety professionals real-world confirmation of whether the earplug is providing adequate protection for each individual worker.
