Columbus McKinnon M2252 3/4" Mid-Grip Double Saddle Wire Rope Clip Galvanized

The Columbus McKinnon M2252 is a 3/4 in. Mid-Grip Double Saddle Wire Rope Clip engineered for demanding rigging and scaffolding applications. Constructed from drop-forged steel, this double saddle design eliminates the risk of improper installation by ensuring the saddle cannot be placed on the wrong rope end—a key safety advantage over single-saddle clips.

The redesigned Mid-Grip features a hexagon bolt head that seats into a forged hex-shaped socket, preventing bolt spin even after repeated use and re-torqueing. Precise threading on the nut and bolt ensures tight, reliable alignment, while the design allows a full arc wrench swing for fast installation, retightening, and disassembly. The full assembly is mechanically galvanized per ASTM B695-04 Class 25 Type 1 for corrosion resistance.
