Ticon 109-02501-0013 Titanium Pie Cuts Tight Radius Wall Exhaust Pipe - 2.5in 1D 1mm 5-Pack

Each segment is cut at 4.5°/4.5° (9° per piece), yielding a combined 45° bend when all five pieces are welded together, giving fabricators precise control over bend angle and radius.

Key Features:

• Tube Diameter: 2.5 inches (63.5mm) OD
• Bend Radius: 1D tight radius configuration
• Wall Thickness: 1mm / .039"
• Quantity: 5 pieces per pack (45° total combined angle)
• Material: CP1 Grade commercially pure titanium
• Cut Angle: 4.5°/4.5° per segment
• Precision laser-cut edges, ready-to-weld right out of the package
• Lightweight construction — significantly lighter than stainless steel equivalents
• Exceptional corrosion resistance and heat tolerance
• Produces stunning heat color (blues, purples, golds) when welded — ideal for show-quality builds

Ticon Industries pie cuts are a staple among professional fabricators and enthusiasts building custom turbo kits, exhaust manifolds, downpipes, and intercooler piping. The tight 1D radius allows for compact routing in confined engine bays without sacrificing flow. Compatible with standard TIG welding processes using ER1 titanium filler rod.
