Motorad EVP0053 EVAP Purge Solenoid Valve

The Motorad EVP0053 is a direct-fit EVAP (Evaporative Emission Control) Purge Solenoid Valve designed to meet or exceed OEM specifications. The purge solenoid is a critical component of the vehicle's evaporative emission control system, responsible for regulating the flow of fuel vapors from the charcoal canister to the intake manifold, where they are burned during normal engine operation.

Motorad engineers each EVP-series solenoid for reliable, consistent performance, ensuring proper purge cycle operation that helps maintain fuel efficiency, reduces harmful emissions, and prevents fuel vapor buildup in the EVAP canister.

Key Features:

• Direct OEM replacement — no modifications required for installation
• Precision-wound solenoid coil for accurate valve actuation and reliable duty-cycle control
• Durable construction engineered to withstand underhood heat, fuel vapors, and vibration
• Helps restore proper EVAP system function and clear related diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) such as P0443, P0444, P0445
• Manufactured to meet or exceed original equipment specifications
• 100% electrically tested prior to packaging

A faulty purge solenoid can trigger the check engine light, cause rough idle, reduce fuel economy, or cause the vehicle to fail an emissions test. The Motorad EVP0053 provides a quality, cost-effective solution to restore EVAP system integrity.
