Aisan THR3-31100 Throttle Body Assembly OEM Replacement

The Aisan THR3-31100 is an OEM-quality electronic throttle body assembly designed as a direct replacement for select Toyota and Lexus vehicles. Aisan Industry Co., Ltd. is a trusted Tier-1 supplier to Toyota Motor Corporation, manufacturing fuel system and air intake components to strict original equipment standards.

The throttle body regulates airflow into the engine's intake manifold in response to accelerator pedal input, playing a critical role in engine performance, fuel efficiency, and emissions control. This unit features an integrated throttle position sensor (TPS) and electronic actuator motor, allowing seamless communication with the engine control module (ECM).

Key Features:

• Direct OEM replacement — engineered to original factory specifications
• Integrated electronic throttle control actuator and throttle position sensor (TPS)
• Precision-machined throttle bore for consistent and accurate airflow metering
• Corrosion-resistant construction for long-term durability
• Plug-and-play installation — uses factory wiring harness connector
• Meets or exceeds original equipment performance standards

Replacing a faulty throttle body with a genuine Aisan unit restores proper idle quality, throttle response, and overall engine performance. Common symptoms of a failing throttle body include rough idle, poor acceleration, fault codes such as P0120–P0124 (throttle position sensor), and reduced engine power warnings.
