Replacement REPF670313 Fuel Sending Unit Rear Mount Steel 2-Port 19 Gal

The Replacement REPF670313 is a direct-fit fuel sending unit designed for 1987–1989 Ford F-Series pickup trucks equipped with a rear-mounted 19-gallon fuel tank. This unit restores accurate fuel level readings to your dashboard gauge by replacing a worn, corroded, or failed original sending unit.

Key Features:

• Direct OEM Replacement: Engineered to match the fit and function of the original factory sending unit
• Steel Construction: Durable steel housing for reliable long-term performance in demanding conditions
• Rear Mount Design: Specifically designed for rear-mounted tank applications
• 2-Port Configuration: Dual-port design matches original fuel line routing
• 19-Gallon Tank Compatibility: Calibrated specifically for the 19-gallon rear tank
• 1-Year Unlimited-Mileage Warranty: Backed by a 1-year, unlimited-mileage warranty for added peace of mind

The fuel sending unit uses a float-and-resistor assembly to continuously monitor fuel level inside the tank, transmitting a variable resistance signal to the fuel gauge on the instrument cluster. Over time, corrosion, float failure, or resistor wear can cause the gauge to read inaccurately or not at all — this direct replacement unit resolves those issues without modification.
