Wells 2M1237 Fuel Tank Vent Valve EVAP Canister Solenoid

The Wells 2M1237 Fuel Tank Vent Valve is a direct-fit replacement component for your vehicle's evaporative emission control (EVAP) system. This vent valve regulates the flow of fuel vapors between the fuel tank and the charcoal canister, helping to prevent raw fuel vapors from escaping into the atmosphere.

Wells Vehicle Electronics is a trusted OEM-quality supplier of emission, ignition, and fuel system components. The 2M1237 is engineered to meet or exceed original equipment specifications, ensuring proper EVAP system function and helping your vehicle pass emissions inspections.

Key Features:

• Direct OEM replacement for the fuel tank vent valve / EVAP canister vent solenoid
• Restores proper evaporative emission control system operation
• Helps eliminate EVAP-related diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) such as P0449, P0446, or P0447
• Manufactured to meet or exceed OEM specifications for fit, form, and function
• Designed for precise plug-and-play installation — no modification required
• Durable construction for long service life under underhood and undercarriage conditions

A faulty fuel tank vent valve can trigger a check engine light, cause failed emissions tests, and result in fuel odors near the vehicle. Replacing it with the Wells 2M1237 restores correct EVAP system pressure regulation and sealing.
