Firestone 8047 Ride-Rite Air Helper Spring Kit

The Firestone 8047 Ride-Rite Air Helper Spring Kit is a load-leveling air suspension solution designed to work in conjunction with your vehicle's existing leaf spring suspension system. Also known as air bags or helper springs, this kit installs between the frame and suspension to provide adjustable support when towing, hauling, or carrying heavy payloads.

Using a pair of convoluted air springs, the Ride-Rite 8047 allows you to dial in the exact amount of air pressure needed to keep your vehicle level and stable under varying load conditions. Simply add or release air through the included Schrader valve fittings to fine-tune ride quality on the fly.

Key Features:

• Convoluted air spring design supports up to 5,000 lbs per set
• Adjustable air pressure range: 5–100 PSI
• Eliminates squat, sag, and trailer sway when towing or hauling
• Improves steering control, braking performance, and headlight aim
• Reduces tire wear caused by uneven load distribution
• No-drill installation utilizes existing factory mounting locations on most applications
• Includes air springs, mounting hardware, air lines, and Schrader valve fittings
• Engineered and pressure-tested to meet or exceed OE specifications
• Made in the USA by the original inventor of the air spring

The Firestone Ride-Rite 8047 is a direct bolt-on kit built to Firestone's strict quality standards, featuring durable rubber bellows construction, corrosion-resistant end plates, and a braided wire girdle hoop for enhanced burst pressure resistance. An installation guide is included to simplify the process.
