Roto-Joint Technology:

UMI's proprietary Roto-Joint features a 4140 chromoly hard chrome-plated spherical ball rotating in a CNC-machined delrin race. This design articulates like a spherical rod end while maintaining streetable characteristics, reducing wheel hop and improving traction. The Roto-Joint is fully adjustable and rebuildable—as the delrin race wears, the adjuster ring can be tightened with the included spanner wrench to maintain proper tension. All pivot points are greaseable for long-term durability.

Installation Design:

The polyurethane bushing ends mount to the vehicle chassis to absorb road shock and noise before it enters the cabin, while the Roto-Joint ends attach to the rear axle housing for bind-free articulation and precision suspension geometry. The panhard bar can be adjusted off the vehicle to quickly achieve the desired length for proper axle centering. This hybrid bushing setup delivers an excellent balance of performance and comfort for street-driven vehicles.
