Trane ACT00390 115V Normally Closed Pop Top Actuator for Erie VT Zone Valve

The Trane ACT00390 is a genuine OEM replacement valve actuator operating at 115V AC in a normally closed (N.C.) configuration. It is designed specifically for use with Erie VT series Pop Top zone valves, making it a direct, factory-specified replacement for commercial and residential HVAC hydronic systems.

The Erie Pop Top actuator design allows the actuator head to be installed after the valve body has already been mounted onto the equipment — such as a fan coil unit, baseboard heater, or air handler — simplifying field installation. The actuator mounts directly onto the valve body without the need for additional linkages or calibration.

Key Features:

• Voltage: 115V AC
• Electrical Position: Normally Closed (N.C.) — valve closes on power loss
• Compatible Valve Series: Erie VT series Pop Top zone valves
• Drive Type: Synchronous motor with spring return
• Manual Override: Manual override lever included for servicing
• Installation: Mounts directly to valve body — no linkages or calibration required
• Genuine OEM: Trane factory part number ACT00390

The normally closed configuration ensures the valve defaults to the closed (off) position in the event of a power failure, making it suitable for applications where flow shutoff on power loss is required. This is a direct OEM Trane part, ensuring proper fit and reliable operation in Trane and compatible HVAC systems.
