Product Details

The Dayco 5060640K1 FEAD Kit (Front End Accessory Drive Kit) provides everything needed to perform a complete front-end accessory drive system service in a single, convenient package. Dayco engineers these kits to restore OEM-level performance and reliability by replacing all the key wear components of the accessory drive system at once.

What is a FEAD Kit?

The Front End Accessory Drive (FEAD) system powers critical engine accessories such as the alternator, power steering pump, air conditioning compressor, and water pump via the serpentine belt. Over time, the belt, tensioner, and idler pulleys wear simultaneously—replacing them together eliminates comebacks and ensures balanced system performance.

Kit Contents & Features:

  • Serpentine Belt: Dayco's high-strength EPDM compound construction for extended service life and resistance to heat, ozone, and cracking
  • Automatic Belt Tensioner: Precision-engineered to maintain proper belt tension throughout the belt's service life
  • Idler Pulley(s): Smooth-running pulleys with sealed bearings to reduce noise and vibration
  • All components meet or exceed OEM specifications for fit, form, and function
  • Engineered as a complete system for optimal performance and compatibility between components
  • Eliminates the need to source individual components separately

Dayco is a globally recognized leader in power transmission and fluid conveyance products, with over 100 years of engineering expertise. The 5060640K1 FEAD Kit reflects that legacy by delivering a professional-grade, all-in-one solution for accessory drive system maintenance.

Great GFB BOV's and fast shipping!

great pricing and super fast shipping! ill continue to shop here!

I never received anything about shipping so I contacted customer support. They said it was a direct shipment and they would check on it for me and get back to me. I never heard back from them. Shortly after that I did receive a message from the carrier saying they have my shipment and scheduled a delivery. They said they would call me 30 mins before the delivery so I could get off work and come to inspect it before signing for it. That didnt' happen either my wife called me first thing in the morning and say they are here delivering it now so I had to run home so I could inspect it. The driver was really nice and waited for me to get there.

Great if I order again I will be using the same website again. Thanks

Had what I needed and easy to checkout.

Good deal thanks
