Wells 2N1211 Automatic Transmission Torque Converter Clutch Solenoid

The Wells 2N1211 is a direct-fit Automatic Transmission Torque Converter Clutch (TCC) Solenoid designed to restore proper transmission hydraulic control and shift performance. The torque converter clutch solenoid regulates fluid flow within the automatic transmission, engaging and disengaging the torque converter clutch to improve fuel efficiency and reduce heat buildup during highway driving.

A failed or malfunctioning TCC solenoid can result in erratic shifting, transmission slipping, elevated engine RPM relative to vehicle speed, reduced fuel economy, or an illuminated Check Engine Light (CEL). Replacing the solenoid with a quality aftermarket unit restores smooth, consistent operation.

Key Features:

• Direct OE replacement — designed to match original equipment in form, fit, and function
• Controls hydraulic fluid flow to engage and disengage the torque converter clutch
• Engineered to meet or exceed OE specifications for reliable, long-lasting performance
• Manufactured by Wells Vehicle Electronics (WVE), a trusted name in automotive electronics for over 120 years
