Product Details

The Rheem-Ruud R72DB0044 is a genuine OEM thermostatic expansion valve (TXV) designed for use in Rheem and Ruud residential and light commercial HVAC systems. The TXV precisely meters refrigerant flow into the evaporator coil, maintaining optimal system efficiency and protecting the compressor from liquid slugging.

Key Features:

  • Genuine Rheem-Ruud OEM replacement part — ensures proper fit and performance
  • Thermostatic expansion valve (TXV) controls refrigerant flow based on superheat demand
  • Designed to maintain system efficiency and protect compressor integrity
  • Direct drop-in replacement for compatible Rheem and Ruud equipment
  • Manufactured to original factory specifications

Replacing a faulty TXV with a genuine Rheem-Ruud part helps restore proper refrigerant metering, improving cooling capacity and overall system efficiency. Installation should be performed by a certified HVAC technician.

Great! Shipped really fast as well

good service

I am satisfied with the delivery.

Quick shipping!

I was charged $9.99 for shipping even though the ad stated free shipping...i was refunded $9.99 BUT i still paid tax on that $9.99 that i was not refunded. Other than that everything was all good...the megan racing muffler looks and sounds great!!! I wanted a muffler that wasnt obnoxiously loud but louder than stock and thats exactly what i got....AND the construction of the muffler is definitely good quality!!

Great experience, Thank you

Average service
