Quality-Built B5027 Remanufactured Hydroboost Power Brake Booster

The Quality-Built B5027 is a remanufactured hydroboost power brake booster designed to restore hydraulic-assisted braking performance to OE specifications. Unlike traditional vacuum-operated brake boosters, the hydroboost unit draws pressurized fluid directly from the power steering pump to generate braking assist — making it the preferred solution for heavy-duty trucks, diesel-powered vehicles, and other applications where engine vacuum is limited or unavailable.

Key Features:

• Remanufactured to OE Standards — Fully disassembled, cleaned, and rebuilt with quality replacement components to restore like-new performance
• Verified Performance — Each unit is tested to confirm proper fit and function before leaving the factory
• Corrosion-Resistant Finish — Protective coating helps extend service life and resist environmental wear
• Polished Power Chambers — Internal chambers are finished for consistent hydraulic sealing and smooth pedal feel
• Calibrated Push Rods — Push rods are pre-set for straightforward installation and precise pedal travel
• Hardware Included — Comes with necessary mounting hardware for a complete installation
• OE Power Steering Fluid Compatible — Operates using standard OE-spec power steering fluid; no special fluid required

The hydroboost design is ideal for vehicles that cannot reliably generate sufficient engine vacuum, including those with large-displacement diesel engines, performance-modified motors, or high-compression applications. Quality-Built's B5027 delivers consistent, confident brake pedal response and is a direct-fit replacement that simplifies the repair process. A core return may be required at the time of purchase.
