Burco 14B-3002H Heated Lower Convex Replacement Mirror Glass Lens for Volvo VHD VNL VNM VNR VNX

The Burco 14B-3002H is a heated lower convex replacement mirror glass lens designed for Volvo commercial trucks. This is a glass-only replacement — the lens itself — engineered to integrate seamlessly with the factory mirror backing plate, restoring full rear visibility without the expense of replacing the entire mirror assembly.

The convex design provides a wide-angle field of view critical for commercial truck operation, while the built-in heat grid activates with the vehicle's existing defrost system to keep the mirror surface clear in cold, wet, or icy conditions.

Key Features:

• Heated glass — pre-applied heat grid (part suffix "H") activates via the vehicle's defrost function
• Convex lower mirror — wide-angle view for improved side and rear visibility
• Driver or passenger side — fits both left and right positions
• USA manufactured — cut, seamed, lasered, and assembled in Grand Rapids, Michigan using CNC equipment
• OEM-matched specs — exact size, shape, and curvature to match factory glass
• Easy installation — includes double-sided adhesive pads and step-by-step instructions
• Glass lens only — does not include the mirror backing plate or assembly

Installation requires removing the old glass with a flat tool, cleaning the backing plate with isopropyl alcohol, applying the included adhesive pads, and pressing the new lens into place. Always verify dimensions against your existing mirror glass before installation, as some model years may have multiple mirror glass configurations.
