Carrier EA36UZ022 Thermostatic Expansion Valve TXV

The Carrier EA36UZ022 is a genuine OEM thermostatic expansion valve (TXV) designed for use in residential and light commercial HVAC systems. This precision metering device regulates the flow of refrigerant into the evaporator coil, maintaining optimal superheat levels for efficient cooling performance.

Key Features:

• Genuine Carrier factory OEM replacement part
• Controls refrigerant flow based on temperature and pressure conditions
• Maintains proper superheat for optimal heat transfer efficiency
• Temperature-actuated design with sensing bulb for accurate response
• Engineered to exact factory specifications for reliable performance
• Preserves equipment warranty when used as replacement part

This TXV valve is a critical component in maintaining system efficiency by ensuring the proper amount of refrigerant enters the evaporator. The sensing bulb monitors refrigerant temperature and adjusts valve opening accordingly, preventing liquid refrigerant from returning to the compressor while maximizing cooling capacity. Compatible with select Carrier, Bryant, and Payne HVAC equipment models.
