Belimo G215B-J+LVB24-SR 1/2" 2-Way Globe Valve Assembly with Non-Spring Return Actuator

The Belimo G215B-J+LVB24-SR is a factory-assembled 2-way globe valve and actuator combination designed for precise modulating control of hot water, chilled water, or steam in commercial HVAC applications. This pre-assembled package eliminates field installation time and ensures proper actuator-to-valve compatibility straight from the factory.

Valve Specifications:

• 1/2" globe valve body with female NPT threaded connections
• ANSI Class 250 pressure rating (250 PSI body pressure, 35 PSI close-off differential)
• Flow coefficient (Cv) of 4.4 for excellent flow capacity
• Bronze trim with stainless steel stem and brass plug
• Equal percentage flow characteristic for stable control

Actuator Features:

• LVB24-SR non-spring return (non-fail-safe) linear actuator
• AC/DC 24V operation with low 1W power consumption
• Modulating control with 2-10 VDC or 4-20 mA input signal (requires ZG-R01 resistor for 4-20 mA)
• 115 lbf (500 N) actuating force for reliable valve operation
• Electronic overload protection throughout full stroke
• 18 AWG plenum-rated cable with 3 ft lead and 1/2" conduit connector
• NEMA 2 / IP54 degree of protection
• Double insulated, meets cULus requirements without electrical ground

Ideal for controlling unit ventilators, air handling units, fan coil units, and a wide range of HVAC heating and cooling systems where proportional flow control is required. Backed by Belimo's industry-leading 5-year warranty.
